Frequency Stabilization Tester

The FT91 is a frequency comparator designed specifically for high-performance atomic clock testing. It supports arbitrary frequency measurements from 1–30 MHz, with an additional stability of up to 1.2 × 10⁻¹³ at 10 MHz. Its built-in special clock ensures accurate measurements under frequency deviation conditions. It is widely used in metrology, scientific research, crystal manufacturing, and other time- and frequency-related applications.
