China Academy of Weights and Measures (hereinafter referred to as "China Academy of Weights and Measures") was founded in 1955, under the State Administration of Market Supervision, is the country's highest measurement of scientific research centers and national legal measurement of technical institutions, is a social welfare-oriented research units. Since its establishment, the China Academy of Weights and Measures has been aiming at the international frontiers of metrology science, and has played an important supporting role in national economic construction, social development and scientific and technological progress, mainly carrying out the following work:

        (d) Carrying out the international comparison of measurement benchmarks, measurement standards and standard substances to achieve international equivalence.         (f) To carry out research on the traceability system and related technologies in the field of high technology and new development; to carry out research and development of engineering measurement instruments and equipment.

        China Academy of Weights and Measures has two campuses, Hepingli and Changping. Among them, the Hepingli compound covers an area of 74,000 square meters, with a building area of 61,000 square meters, which is mainly used for keeping national metrological reference standards and carrying out value transfer services.

In GPS Beidou lock state, 10MHz frequency stability can reach the performance of ordinary cesium clock, with high cost-effective. 

  T710-GBRO GPS Beidou rubidium atomic clock constant temperature crystal frequency standard output 1PPS signal, is obtained by rubidium atomic clock frequency signal frequency division, and synchronized with the GPS Beidou output UTC time, and GPS Beidou original second pulse compared to the frequency division pulse after smoothing, to overcome the original pulse fluctuations and jumps brought about by the impact of the time base of the UTC is reproduced. When the GPS signal is lost or abnormal, the device can intelligently recognize it and automatically switch to Rubidium Atomic Clock timekeeping mode to continuously provide highly stable time and frequency signals.

  T710-GBRO device adopts 3U chassis design, which can output 10MHz, 1PPS and TOD information (option supports multiple 90MHz, 100MHz, 5MHz, 1PPS output). It can be widely used in radar, communication, measurement and calibration, electric power, electronic countermeasures, aerospace measurement and control and other fields.
